  • Q. IS ACMA MOBTECH AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE PARTNER FOR ANY MOBILE PHONES.?

  • Ans.No. We are not authorized by any of the brands as ASP. We only repair out of warranty phones. If your phone is still under warranty, we recommend you to visit authorized service center. For the same, details you can get on the relevant brands website.
  • Q. WHY SHOULD I SEND MY PHONE TO ACMA?

  • Ans.We are the India’s Leading Mobile Phone repair centre. We have been dealing with repairs on mobile devices for the last 5 years. We offer a fast efficient repair service for all Mobile Phone. All our Mobile Phone repairs carry 7 days warranty.
  • Q. DO I GET ANY WARRANTY?

  • Ans.Yes we provide warranty to all our repairs followed by original spares (excluding liquid/physical damage)The warranty relates to the work we performed and not to any other unrelated fault that may develop within the 7 days period following the original repair.
  • Q. HOW WILL I HAVE TO LIVE WITHOUT MY MOBILE PHONE WHILE ITS BEING REPAIRED BY ACMA?

  • Ans.We usually repair all Mobile Phones within 3-5 working days. We pride ourselves on our fast repair turnaround.
  • Q. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR SENDING MY MOBILE PHONE IN FOR REPAIR?

  • Ans.First thing to do is to fill the repair form on the website. Then package your Mobile Phone nice and snug so it doesn’t get more damaged in the post. Make sure it’s insured on the way to us and that’s it we will do the rest.

  • Q. WILL I STILL HAVE MY WARRANTY INTACT?

  • Ans.Any repairs not done by the manufacturer will void your warranty. So it’s our strong recommendation to check the relevant papers with you for warranty details.
  • Q. WHAT QUALITY OF PARTS DO YOU USE FOR REPAIRS?

  • Ans.We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.
  • Q. WILL I GET CHARGED, IF YOU HAVE QUOTED FOR A REPAIR AND I DECIDE NOT TO GO AHEAD?

  • Ans.We have a standard cost of Rs 100/ handset that we call as service charge and applicable only if u are agreed to our quotes /terms & conditions. We don’t charge a single rupee to our Customers to diagnose /test /quote for their faulty handset . NOTE: post and packaging not included.
  • Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY REPAIRS?

  • Ans.We accept all major India credit or debit cards. Alternatively you can make payment via online bank transfer.
  • Q. WILL I LOSE THE DATA ON MY MOBILE PHONE?

  • Ans.We endeavor to keep all info unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems liquid damage.
  • Q. IF YOU CAN’T FIX MY MOBILE PHONE CAN YOU SELL ME ANOTHER USED OR NEW ONE AT A GOOD PRICE?

  • Ans.For the same visit our website and if anything suits your requirement amongst our store available option we will be please to serve you in the best available rates, however We can even recycle your old Mobile Phone and strip it for parts.
