  • Q. HOW TO KNOW WHETHER THE PRODUCT HAVE WARRANTY OR NOT?

  • Ans.

    Every product listed in the web have information tab , when you open any product you will see few option under it like features, specifications , package and view more option , if any product is having warranty it will be mentioned there , so please check before raise any question regarding warranty .

  • Q. WHERE TO GET THE WARRANTY?

  • Ans.

    A product comes under warranty only from where it’s been purchased , example – a cell phone purchased from India , will get warranty only in India . But there will be many products which will get worldwide warranty, so it will be listed in products information. For more questions, contact our support team.

  • Q. HOW TO GET WARRANTY?

  • Ans.

    A user can get warranty only from official service centre setup by individual or particular brand. Example – HP will get warranty from HP service centre, Lenovo will get warranty from Lenovo official service centre,

  • Q. WARRANTY PERIOD?

  • Ans.

    Warranty period depends upon product and its brand and the duration of the same will be defined with the product specification at the time of purchase.

  • Q. IN WHICH CONDITIONS PRODUCT DO NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY?

    For electronics like cell phones, chargers, LCD, do not covered under warranty for following reasons-
    If product is broken.
    If product is water damaged.
    If product is opened by individual itself or a result of unauthorised repairs.
    A product is covered under warranty only if it has a manufacturing fault.

  • Q. UNLOCKING & FLASHING DEVICES WARRANTY TERMS

  • Ans.

    We offer 3 months of warranty on all boxes from the purchase month on the products seal.
    Month & Year of purchase are marked on the warranty seal. E.g. if you buy a product on 25th Jan 2013 & marked date on warranty seal is month: 01 & year: 13, this means you will get warranty for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd month of the year 2013. i.e. up to 31st March 2013.
    All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
    If ANY warranty seal is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.

  • I : THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR CABLES. NOT EVEN FOR THE CABLES THAT COME ALONG WITH NEW BOX DEVICES.

  • Ans.

    The purchased box might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will no longer have any warranty.
    Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your system by visiting the manufacturer’s web site. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your system configuration.
    Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to “5″ business days for our technician team to check out your returned items.
